Parent Company Gen Power, (Aker Kvaerner Solutions - General Contractor and Siemens Power Generation joint venture). Subcontractor to Aker Kvaerner for the Seimen’s AQCS, Aker BOP and Auxiliary Boiler. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: • Coordinated, resolved required data from the updated database spreadsheets, drawings, EWO’S and RFI’S for planning of work to complete to the electrical supervision in the field. • Provided hands on terminating and labeling information, supporting System Turnover and Start- up activities to expedite electrical completion. • Generated production installed quantities reports on both a daily and weekly basis. Provided the electrical supervision for the Nitro’s site and project manager with pertinent information needed to support the scheduled milestones for completion of our contractually assigned project scope of work. • Coordinated, resolved and implemented electrical design expertise to provide on site engineering assistance to assigning cable termination identification from the elementary and connection diagrams and was able to input into the label making process. Therefore, we were able to solve this problem with the cable termination information missing in the database.

HUNTINGTON, WV 25703 Electrical Database Manager/Field Engineer At the AEP John AMOS Coal Fired Power Plant in Winfield WV 25213. Database Manager/ Electrical Field Engineer on the FGD Retrofit Project on Unit 1, 2 and 3. Responsibilities include but were not limited to: keeping the Sargent and Lundy Access Database updated with the latest revisions by AEP and Sargent and Lundy. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: • Supervised the making of all cable and conductors for all raceways, cable tray with proper identification to be installed per contract drawings. This included being part of this process while overseeing the work. Supported the Project controls reporting, System Turnover and Start-up activities, pertinent field information needed to support the scheduled milestones for completion of our contractually assigned project scope of work. 2/2006 – 3/2008 DSC – DEFINED SOURCE COOPERATIVEN PHILADELPHIA, PA Electrical Construction Engineer (4/2007 -3/2008) Contracted to Elm Road Services (A We Power, LLC Company) at the Oak Creek, WI Expansion Project – Elm Road Generating Station Units 1 and 2, two 615 MW Supercritical Pulverized Coal Fired Units with a new Coal Handling System. We met our scheduled completion in the fall of 2007. (EPC) Contractor was Bechtel Power Corporation, Fredrick, MD. Practice and observe “Safety with high quality standards.” • Ensuring the latest Set Route conduit/cable database concurs with as installed installation, spot checking for accuracy, assisting ERS start-up activities, field system package walk downs for construction complete, reviewing turned in start-up packages, maintaining a daily handwritten contemporaneous notes and on-line web-logs for contractually commercial disputes. • Electrical installation non-conformance: “Through the diligence of a number of individuals, but particularly Bill Crowley and Rob XXXXX, design and installation errors were identified with the electrical equipment being installed. In short, the installation would not meet the required NEC Code. Given the critical nature of this equipment, it became a difficult issue that ultimately required Bechtel’s direction to fix. As a result, much of what has been installed will be removed and replaced. Electrical Field Engineer/Senior Electrical CADD Designer Contracted to Lockwood Greene/IDC at the IBM Hudson Valley Research Park Complex in Fishkill, NY Responsibilities included but were not limited to:

A fast track project, which required the completion of minimal detailed AutoCAD 2005 (CAD PLUS) engineering drawings to support the accelerated construction completion schedule. This schedule was met ahead of schedule. 03/2005 – 11/2005 ALLTEK STAFFING AND RESOURCE GROUP, INC PITTSBURGH, PA Electrical Field Engineer/Senior Electrical CADD Designer Contracted to R.T. Patterson as Electrical Field Engineer/Inspector for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation at the Follansbee, WV Coke Plant. • Perform daily detailed electrical inspections under the electrical/structural integrity assessment program. Issue detailed inspection reports along with marked-up drawings, photos, deficiency notices and repair recommendations to the plant. Work closely with the structural inspectors and plant’s key engineering and maintenance personnel to facilitate the completion of this process. This led to engineering Purchase Orders back to R.T.P. for the follow up engineering required as a result of the inspections. • Electrical Field Engineer/Design Lead on USS – Mon Valley Works (ET Plant) No. 1 and 3 Blast Furnaces. Preliminary inspection of the Gas Safety Alarm System. This required working closely with the plant’s Gas Rescue Department, and “extensive Safety inspection” of each CO & O2 monitor along with communication stations required being in close proximity. Issued a final inspection report with new and revised as installed associated drawings to the plant. Contracted to CV Engineering • Electrical Project Manager on SeverCorr CSP Mill in Columbus, Mississippi. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: prepared installation and Bid specifications, reviewed OEM and vendor electrical drawings and design documents. Led engineering activities by priorities to support on site construction activities, checked drawings for constructability, specifications and reviewed design documents, making required changes prior to issuing Bid packages • Coordinated, resolved and implemented electrical field construction expertise to provide assistance with engineering to the younger engineers and designers. Subsequently we were able to work through constructability issues and come to agreement at what level of detail would be required on the installation drawings. 01//2003 – 03/2005, 12/2000 – 08/2001 AMEC-KAMTECH, INC. ALPHARETTA, GA. Electrical Field Engineer/Cost Estimator 01/2003 – 03/2005 AMEC- KAMTECH, (Ahlstrom –Dexter) Windsor Locks, CT Electrical Field Engineer/Cost Engineer No. 15 Paper Machine. Worked with construction management for client and oversaw the electrical sub-contractors. Coordinated the engineering modifications between Vendors, Ahlstrom and North Country’s Engineering with the contractors. Responsible for the as-built cable database and all associated reports. Maintained electrical cost controls and all as-built documentation for project. 01/2003 12/2003 KAMTECH INC. (Bowater) Catawba, SC • Lead Electrical Field Engineer/Cost Engineer for a 1500 T/D Fiber line, a single vessel hydraulic digester with 4-stage bleaching plant. • Managed and supervised electrical installation and provided the required on site engineering assistance with Amec Engineering and Bowater. Responsible for developing the system turnover packages with vendor P & ID’s, Loops and for the as-built cable database with all

(DOMINION ENERGY) POSSUM POINT, VA • Lead Electrical Field Engineer/Cost Engineer for a Combined –cycle electric generating facility. Project consisted of 2-GE 7FA Gas Fired Turbines, 1 200 MW Steam Turbine. • Managed and supervised the electrical installation and provided the required on site engineering assistance. Worked with Sargent and Lundy and Dominion Energy Engineering keeping the as- built access cable database with all associated reports updated for the field. Provided missing balance of plant on-site engineering on BOP and ancillary systems. Maintained electrical cost controls for the project. 12/2000 – 08/2001 KAMTECH INC. (Santee Cooper) ANDERSON, SC • Electrical Field Engineer oversaw the construction (electrical and instrumentation installation) of an 800 MW Combined Cycle/Simple Cycle power generation facility consisting of a 500 MW Combined Cycle Gas Fired GE Turbine Generator System and two GE Frame 7F 150 MW simple cycle GE turbine generators. Responsible for providing assistance to both G. E. and Sargent and Lundy India Engineering on the accuracy of their access cable database with all associated reports. Managed all cable pulling and terminating documentation issued to the field to reflect the latest engineering and on-site construction revisions. Provided missing balance of plant on site engineering on ancillary systems. • Provided contemporaneous documentation backup on all rework due to missing and inaccurate engineering along with construction restraints. This information enabled our company to receive considerable monetary payments prior to going to litigation. 8/2001 – 04/2002 PENPOWER INC. (Dominion Energy) Shelocta, PA Lead G. E. Electrical Field Engineer – Superintendent/Inspector for 4 - 7FA’S simple cycle units. Managed, oversaw and supervised the electrical Installation with our sub-contractor Sargent Electric Co. and provided the required on site engineering assistance. Worked out constructability issues and required coordination with the GE Lead Electrical Engineer in Norcross, GA. Responsible for the G.
