  • Using the PrimeAccess BETA Searches, you now have access to unlimited listing in your Search Results. To help you narrow your results and quickly identify the listings that are valuable to your search, the PrimeAccess BETA Searches are equipped with filters.
  • You may have used filters on popular websites such as Amazon, EBay, or Cars.com. Metrolist is the first MLS in the nation to implement filters, giving you a powerful new way to use MLS data.
  • After performing a search using a PrimeAccess BETA search, your Search Results will look similar to this. Notice that I have over 1,200 results.
  • The default filters, Beds , Baths , Square Feet , Price , and Status , are displayed on the left of your results. The numbers in parentheses identify how many of your results are contained in that filter. For example, out of my 1,213 results, 39 contain 2 bedrooms, 577 contain 3 bedrooms, 402 contain 4 bedrooms, and 194 of them contain 5 or more bedrooms.
  • Use these filters to drill down on the results that are useful in your results. For example, to view only the 577 listings with 3 bedrooms, click the filter for 3 Bedrooms and then click Apply .
  • Your results now contain only the listings with 3 bedrooms.
  • You can apply as many filters as you like to your search results. For additional filtering options, click More Filters .
  • For example, Architecture or Basement Size.
