    4. Anyone can blog. Blogging is all about... • ALWAYS Share what you know. • SHOW them you’re the expert, don’t TELL them. • Getting people “in the know.”
    5. Why Blog for REAL ESTATE? • Connect with current residents/clients • Connect with potential residents/clients • Reach out to a new audience • Be found • Be “hot right now” with current events/issues • Be relevant with your content • Again, share what you know
