    5. Line Haul Costing System  Aramex uses 3rd party carrier services to move shipments in the Network. This project was Project Manager initiated to develop an automatic JUN - AUG 2006 tool that consolidates carriers’ ARAMEX International Logistics and Supply Chain electronic bills, and reallocates and analyzes shipments cost.  The system provides a tool to audit carrier’s charges against the agreed rates and, hence, used to claim charges differences.  The system was developed using Microsoft Access VBA. When database got large it was upsized to SQL database while keeping the front end on MS Access.

Company Mail Management  One of the roles of Aramex HQ System is to act as a central unit receiving bills from its branches Project Manager then to re-bill them to their APR - JUN 2006 payees in other branches ARAMEX International Logistics and Supply Chain through courier mail (Central Billing Process). This project was initiated to develop a system through which Accounting team can manage in/out billing mail.  Microsoft Access-VBA was used to develop the system.  The project gave its deliverables of billing Aramex branches in a timely and a systematic manner in addition to creating history database of billing activities and mail references.
    7. Profit and Loss Analysis System  This project was initiated to develop an automatic tool that would calculate the company’s Project Manager profitability on each courier MAY 2005 - MAR 2006 shipment. 8. Airway Bill Update System  The project was initiated to (AWUS) deliver a web-based application that Network Agents can use to Project Contributor create records, update status, JAN - APR 2004 and report proof of delivery of ARAMEX International Logistics and Supply Chain shipments.  Deliverables of this project were web-based screens (using VBA.net) that have been used as input to another larger project of building the Network new Tracking System (InfoAXS).
    9. Developing a mechanism to  The project charter was track shipments in Africa formulated based on the need to develop a mechanism that Project Contributor can be used by African Delivery JUN - DEC 2003 Agents to provide the Network ARAMEX International Logistics and Supply Chain with updates on shipments movement.  Due to connectivity limitations in Africa MS Excel-VBA files were developed as a tool for updating shipments status.  Agents were trained on using the files to transmit data to the head office which then uploaded this data to the main tracking system to be viewable by other Network locations.
