He achieved his master degreein Crisis Management and Emergency response from Walden University (USA).Due to his wide experience he has been introduced to various respectable organizations such as:The Egyptian Ministry of Transportation: where he served as the Director of Crises ManagementCenter. While working with The Egyptian Ministry of Transportation he participated with BOOZAlan, in the crisis management analysis, railway data gathering, and railway safety managementas consultant. He prepared risk assessment study for Egyptian National Railways (ENR). He alsoshared in Automating River Transporting Authority analysis study including the upgrade study forthe Nile river institute with the maritime academy and CMS (the river training institute ofRotterdam).He participated in Planning and implementation of automating the RIS in Nile river andestablishing the GIS center (under construction) for MOT to meet crisis application as a pilotproject for the ministry all authorities including training of 35 of the staff regarding to the MOUwith ISRI.Mr. Emad has shared his outstanding abilities with the Red Sea Ports authority, where he wasthe Consultant of the port authority and Head of the information and communication system.He succeeded in establishing crisis management center, preparing and reviewing installments ofCCTV in all authority ports, and supervising the implementation of ports automation program(Automating the Adabia port) . His efforts have gained him a place in the investigations team of ElSalam 98 crisis as a technical member.Mr. Emad has had the honor of serving as a COLONEL in the Egyptian Army, where hecompleted a career of 20 years with the Egyptian Army. That gained him upper-level officerstatus. He participated in the complete revitalization and overhaul of the Egyptian Militaryutilization of Automated Information Systems and the Intelligence & reconnaissance departmentspecifically.
