    6. Ok, remember the past tense of ‘eat’ is ‘ate’. And the past tense of ‘give’ is ‘gave’.
    7. MR TOOOMMMMM!!!
    8. Yes? What is the problem?
    9. Mr Tom, you said that to make the past tense, we must add ‘ ed ’ or ‘ d ’! Yes, I know. You are correct.
    10. So we should say ‘I gived ’ and ‘I eated ’! No, you must say ‘I gave’ and ‘I ate’!
    11. WWWHHHYYY?????
    12. English can be very difficult. It can be hard work! There are many words where we do NOT add ‘ ed ’ or ‘ d ’…
    13. AIYA!! OH NO!!
    14. For many words, we add ‘ ed ’ or ‘ d ’ but there are some where we change all of the word.
    15. For example?
