  • 8. And the old big dog said to the small young dog
  • 9. In the telecom world there aresome rules you have to respect

  • 20. Companies that were too big to fail …

  • 22. And some new companies came
  • 23. Out of nothing
  • 24. Companies with strange new businessmodels and sometimes even without one.

  • 40. But over 60.000 ambassadors
  • 41. No flagship store
  • 42. But a shop that is open 24/7
  • 43. No contract
  • 44. But freedom to leave anytime
  • 45. No traditional call center
  • 46. But an open helpdesk • Email • Twitter • Facebook • Calls • Help a viking (Program)
  • 47. But most importantly
  • 48. But most importantlyHe tried to build a very dedicatedcommunity. And he didn’t want to call them customers, but Vikings. Open communication with and between them was key.
