Light up your Diwali with Diwali Diyas - Presentation Transcript

    1. Diwali Diyas add sparkle to Celebration Diwali or the festival of lights is incomplete without lamps and these lamps are aptly known as Diwali Diyas. The various mythological aspects of Diwali are closely associated with the rows of lamps. The night of Diwali is the darkest in the year. It is thus apt to decorate the house and surroundings with bright Diwali Diyas to welcome the Gods. There are varied beliefs associated with Diwali Diyas and one of them is that it is a way of welcoming Lord Ram as he returned from his exile. For Sikhs, the Diwali Diyas are meant to illuminate the town of Amritsar and to commemorate the return of Guru Har Gobind Ji. Another belief is based on the fact that the demon Narakasura was killed by Lord Krishna in the Dwapara Yuga on this day. Find More: Diwali Diyas
