About • Responsible for analysing current and future travel industry trends in Scandinavia. Regularly communicate/present relevant trends to internal as well as external audiences (travel agency customers).
* Manage Amadeus Scandinavia’s market research activities i.e. launch market surveys, analyse and communicate the insights to internal and external audiences.
* Manage Amadeus Scandinavia’s yearly customer satisfaction process (launch the survey and based on results suggest an action plan).
• Contribute to strategic planning processes and business development projects.
* Create company value propositions, sales storylines and other presentations for external audiences.
