  3. 3. Uncommunicative manager<br />-it’s hard to understand why a manager walk around with critical data and don’t share them until you have wasted weeks of effort on project <br />The boss who completely fills you in what you need to know is a gift <br />
  4. 4. Indecisive manager <br />The boss who is nice and easy going. The boss who does not stand up <br />When the stakes are high , your boss will sacrifice you or your causes .they are spineless. <br />Great managers don&apos;t hesitate to carry the flag for the team if they are convinced about the idea or the cause .<br />Instead of hiding they are in the forefront defending or pushing for the team and its cause.<br />
  8. 8. The boss who hides the truth <br />One of the hardest parts of managing is delivering bad news.<br />They do not have the courage to face facts and share them.<br /> Be thankful for the boss who tells you what&apos;s going on, even when the news is bad. <br />
