  • 2. The busy manager
-what is worse than a manager who continues reading his mail while listening to you .
-he is saying” yah-yes “ at regular intervals
-suddenly turns his face to you and ask ? What were you saying ?
We should be thankful for the manager who listen to his employees

  • 3. Uncommunicative manager
-it’s hard to understand why a manager walk around with critical data and don’t share them until you have wasted weeks of effort on project
The boss who completely fills you in what you need to know is a gift
  • 4. Indecisive manager
The boss who is nice and easy going. He is so nice that he couldn't make a decision even if his life depended on it.
This boss can not even take a decision to protect or help his team
a boss who's not afraid to make decisions can be a very good person to work for.

  • 5. The Boss Who Does Not Appreciates
How often you hear the Boss say-I just wanted to say that you did a great job. I'm looking at it now—what a huge help. Thanks so much.
It's a wonderful thing to work for someone who takes the time to say thanks and to let you know when you've made a difference on the job
  • 6. The Boss Who does not MENTOR
The worst bosses take the smallest missteps and paints them as disaster .
The best managers treat mistakes as opportunities to MENTOR their employees
They don't do it by threatening and wondering aloud why they hired you.

  • 7. The boss who does not stand up
When the stakes are high , your boss will sacrifice you or your causes .they are spineless.
Great managers don't hesitate to carry the flag for the team if they are convinced about the idea or the cause .
Instead of hiding they are in the forefront defending or pushing for the team and its cause.
  • 8. The boss who hides the truth
One of the hardest parts of managing is delivering bad news.
They do not have the courage to face facts and share them.
Be thankful for the boss who tells you what's going on, even when the news is bad.
  • 9. The Boss who does not recognize there is a life outside office
Let's give thanks to the manager who knows how to deliver value to his employee and support his team, and know when to turn it off and enjoy a football game or a social night.
