SABAFON before Implementation  Restricted features  No scheduling  No Visualization tools available.  Increased work load on DWH engineers for on- demand requests.  Lack of Information about Administrating BOE  Many monthly, daily and weekly reports were generated via Excel files  All reports were developed by IT engineers  No auditing reports such as most used reports ….etc28/05/2011 5
