Love and Sacrifice is the 83,000-word narrative non-fiction story of a father and son killed in World War Two, and of those they left behind.

This never-before-told story begins at the turn of the 20th century in Norton, Kansas where Ollie Reed and Mildred Boddy were born, following them through their lives together, as well as their two sons, Buddy and Ted, through 1944 when tragedy struck.

This slideshow is a series of picture pages illustrating each chapter in the book and providing just a small sample of the available images. A story synopsis, sample chapters and entire manuscript are available.

People need to know the stories of Love and Sacrifice, and this book needs a literary agent who believes in the value of these stories and can bring this significant American story to the reading public.

The book is a companion to a documentary film of the same title. A brief video introduction can be seen at www.loveandsacrifice.com
