Simply stated, inflation is caused by increasing the quantity ofcurrency in circulation faster than the amount of available goodsand services increases.There are actually two types of inflation, price and currencyinflation. Price inflation is often a result of normal market forcesand conditions. Currency inflation, however, is caused bymanipulating the currency supply.
