To train lecturers at the Ghana Institute of Journalism in
developing curriculum and content for e-learning in
journalism
Three philosophical reasons:
• Threat of obsolesce
• Principle of Inclusiveness
• Financial & Monetary Aspect

- Entirely On-Line LMS Platform
- Facilitators & Technical system administrators
