    8. Aims of Project To train lecturers at the Ghana Institute of Journalism in developing curriculum and content for e-learning in journalism Three philosophical reasons: • Threat of obsolesce • Principle of Inclusiveness • Financial & Monetary Aspect
    9. IMPLEMENTATION - Ten lecturers drawn from each department - Entirely On-Line LMS Platform - Facilitators & Technical system administrators MKFC Stockholm College - 4 Months Pilot (September - December 2008) - 4-5 Unit Courses
