  • Voluntary work is the work done within the community in any field and with nothing in return Volunteers: is someone who gives time, energy and talents to others, expecting nothing in return. A volunteer is someone who is willing to learn. A volunteer is someone who has the freedom to choose.
  • Most of the industry fields standards are made out from organizations based on voluntary work.
  • .Networking opportunities: you do not have to attend all the conferences and formal meetings where u r tied to rules or some organization work. .Retain and sharpening: because u may stop using some skills due to work routine that focus on certain skills . Through the voluntary the dynamics that occurs enforces you to gain more skills. .the new skills u acquire can be mastered without any professional risks like position threats or experience skills
