Before the New Year comes, peoplecompletely clean the indoors andoutdoors of their homes as well as theirclothes, bedclothes and all theirutensils. They also begin decorating their rooms featuring an atmosphere offestivity with the Chinese calligraphy pasted on all the doors panels,to wish for a bright future and good luck for the New Year.
  2. 2. The lion dance is the most spectacular eventin this festival season, believed to dispell eviland bring good luck and happiness. Itcombines art, history and kungfu moves.“FU” – Blessing or happiness

  4. 4. The most common food for SpringFestival are Nian Gao or NewYear cake, which means “Highereach year” – Symbolizing progress andpromotion at work + improvement inlife year by year!!
