Welcome to Team Fast Pad An Inter Active Training Device
In today’s busy times, athletics and fitness work out time is somewhat limited. For today’s athletes it is more evident with schoolwork, practice, game time and travel, along with time to, well, just be a “kid”. Therefore, it’s true…………… “ Every Second Counts”.

Team Fast Pad, located in Saginaw, Michigan, has developed an inexpensive safe, engaging, fun and simple, portable, interactive, self contained, plug and train, performance training system. This system will improve the speed, agility, explosiveness, coordination and quickness of young athletes from ages 6 to 18. This Performance Platform Training System, based on Plyometrics Exercises, will take the place of a one-on-one personal trainer.

This revolutionary training system is called Team Fast Pad. This unique Plyometric program was developed by Anthony Rolinski, a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach at Notre Dame University. Hyperkin manufacturing the parent company to DDR Gaming is the manufacturer of these training platforms. They have enthusiastically come on board to become our manufacturing vendor and entered into an agreement for the exclusive rights to use their self-contained sensor-pad technology, which has sold over 20 million Dance Dance Revolution units worldwide. We are working with Hyperkin to complete development of a high quality-tested product.

Proprietary self-contained sensor-pad technology software personally trains each end user by individual timing, scoring and tracking their progress over their defined training period. We are adapting and enhancing the technology with Hyperkin’s permission. A virtual trainer introduces each exercise and performs it for them. There is a 30 second break between exercises which includes a 15 second rest and hydration period, a 10 second demo by the virtual trainer and 5 seconds for the user to place feet in the ready position. The breaks for rest and hydration are scientifically designed throughout each program for maximum effectiveness and safety. Once the 30 seconds is complete, the exercise begins.
