This is our Chrystal Framework. Our mission is : Every Meridian Of Vision & Character. The Chystal Programme seeks to nurture every Meridian to have a personal vision. Thus, we get the students to Mastermind their purpose in life Our belief is that to have a healthy vision, one must have healthy relationships and be of service to others. In the pursuit of personal vision, Meridians must be guided by a set of principles. They are Integrity, Civic-Mindedness. Respect and they must have the quality of Resilience
After have a clearer idea about the Personal vision, we want Meridians to undertand the no man is an island and hence reinfornce the importance of being a people-person and actively seek to build healthy relationships. Some students have near perfect relationship between them and their exam scripts. In the process of building healthy realtionships with others, we want them to understand that respect underpins all relationships
Being refl ective requires you to analyze your motives and actions, strategize and plan your next steps, and seek honest input and feedback from peers, family members, and mentors. It’s an intense process but a worthwhile one. Refl ection can reveal what makes you happy, help you understand how you see yourself, and allow you to envision your place in the world.
1 st 2 questions to get students to reflect and share in a worksheet.
