  • 9. Rule Four Always try your best, and do your best work
  • 10. Rule Five Go only where the teacher sends you, and if you get lost, ask for help
  • 11. Rule Six Learn and have fun!
  • 12. How do you… • Ask for help? • Use the rest room? • Help each other? • Enter the room? • Go to a computer? • Leave your seat?
  • 13. When you get to class 1. Stand in line at the door, facing forward, hands at side or back, not touching others; 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 2. In number order; 3. Silently
  • 14. When you are in the room 1. Sit on the carpet; 2. Listen to Ms. Mercer; 3. Raise your hand
  • 15. When you are going to computers 1. Wait until you are dismissed; 2. Go to the computer the teacher assigns you; 3. Do not turn on the monitor until you hear the magic word (shalom)
  • 16. When you are working 1. Raise the hand on a stick for questions; 2. Keep working while you wait; 3. Follow directions, and our rules.
  • 17. What is an emergency? • Blood; • A fight is starting; • You are about to go to the bathroom now; • You see fire.
  • 18. Helpers • Ms. Mercer chooses them; • Helpers use words; • Helpers don’t touch the keyboard
  • 19. Leaving class 1. Listen and follow directions; 2. Stand in line by the door, facing forward, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 hands at side or back, not touching others, silently.
