    • Mentoring is a structured and trusting relationship that brings young people together with caring individuals who offer guidance, support and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of the mentee. A mentor is an adult who provides a young person with support, counsel, friendship, reinforcement and constructive example.

      Nearly 99% of RCCGNA Leaders are Transplants from Africa
      There is a need to develop a Feeder System For Leadership beyond the Supply from Africa
      There is a need to respond to Cultural Conflicts and Tensions imposed by differences in the lived context of old and new generation
      There is a need to Develop a Rapid System of releasing New Leaders to address the massive growth of RCCGNA
