These websites were harvested by Naomi House and pulled from search engines, larger collections housed at universities, and cultural centers online. The websites harvested help users find specific locations to visit and experience the Civil War whether as tourists or researchers. The aim of this index is to make searching easy for every user. To achieve this I have often cross indexed websites under many different categories. No matter your search strategy you will find all related websites. search advanced searchBrowse the Collection by Subject  Location  Campaigns Tours & Scenic Byways Battlefields & Massacre sites, State By Date, Main Eastern Theater, Lower Of Metro DC area sites, Of Northern or Territory, City, Museums & Monuments, Seaboard Theater & Gulf, Main Western sites, Of Southern sites, Of Western Structures, Reenactments, Underground Theater, Trans-Mississippi Theater, Pacific sites, Scenic Byways, Appalachian Railroad, Original Structures, Rebuilt locals, Coast Theater Trail sites, Maps, Family Friendly, Cemeteries, Slave locations, Topography Handicap Accessible, Cost- fee v free  Date People Industry Pre-Antebellum, Antebellum, Civil War, Military, Slaves & Former Slaves, Politicians, Cotton, Tobacco, Advancements, Post-Emancipation era, Post Civil War era, Celebrities, Regular Folk, Women, All By location, Slave Trade, Other By Year People By Last Name, Lincoln Industries Click here for index results on Where was Harriet Tubman born?
