Please do a google search and/or database search on ProQuest/EBSCO. TV has an important role, and it can help in learning provided the lessons are designed appropriately and used appropriately. There are lot of research on this area, but still people do questions of the "appropriateness" and what and how of appropriate design and use. Satellite and DTH are delivery technology in contrast to the terrestrial microware based technology, and nothing to do with learning except that the satellite tech increases access. 2 months ago
