The top highlight of the week is the appointment of Jeff Balagna as Executive Vice President
and Chief Information Officer of Sears Holdings. Mr. Balagna most recently served as CIO
of Eli Lilly. In his new role with Sears Holdings, Mr. Balagna will be responsible for all
technology and infrastructure initiatives for the company in its support centers and in-store.
