With most bosses not engagingwith their employees todiscuss career plans, mostemployees felt neglected (astudy shows most employeesdon’t know what or wherethey will be going in 5 years).Consequently, if peopleperceived the bosses don’thave a path for them forward,they’ll be likely to hand thatresignation letter soon.

When an organization seeks and maintains an atmosphere ofcreativity and competitiveness through its employees, people willlikely stay as everyone will be inspired and be motivated by eachother’s light.

Even restaurants have it.Not food, but a mission(often emblazoned in thecashier area). If yourcompany failed toemphasize the meaning ofthe company mission (or ifyou forgot to brief theemployee about it), howwould you lead theemployees to better do theirtasks? Employees need to bereminded everyday whythey are working in yourcompany.
