Automatically Detect Outliers
Mark and select thresholds based on:
MFI
Concentration
Count
Standard Deviation
Options are located under Plate Preferences->Plate tab
Bonus Tip – AssayChex Process Control Panel plug-in

Marking Wells & Grouping of Replicates
There are 4 different well types:
Background
Standard
Auto Fill Feature – works really nicely for serially diluted standards
Manual Input – one can also type in the values
Unknown
Control
The following stats will be calculated based on your replicates (for both MFI and Concentration):
Standard Deviation
% CV
Mean
Bonus Tips
Group replicates with the group stamping feature
Pasting sample names
Batch dilution factor for unknowns

Best Fit
Leave it to the software to do all the hard work for you with the Best Fit feature
Optimize based on your chosen parameter with the default being RMSE
Optimize the Best Fit based on:
Root mean square error (RMSE)
R-square
Standard deviation of % Recovery
Options are located under Plate Preferences->Plate tab

Plotting Unknown Data Points on the Standard Curve
Get a quick visual overview of where your unknown data points fall on the standard curves
Useful for determining whether your standard range is sufficient
Useful for determining whether the unknown data points fall onto to the linear or dynamic range
Bonus Tip – Zoom in and out on standard curve chart

WYSIWYG Data Table
Customize the Data Table by:
Adding/Removing data columns
Filtering data
Sorting data
And then simply export to many different output formats including Excel

Chart Customization
Easily change and configure many chart properties such as:
Legends
Axes
Labels
General Appearance
Bonus Tip – Sample order on X axis

Templates
Save all your work into templates and reload them in seconds
Templates are available for:
Plate layout and standard information
Data Table
Charts

Custom Reports
The Data Table is extremely flexible but it is not the one-size-fits-all solution
