  1. 1. Zotero Demonstration Marian the Librarian’s Research Project
  2. 2. A FOLDER icon appears in the url address bar. She can click the icon… A list will pop up and she can select which items on the list to save to Zotero. Marian performs a search in her library’s catalog.
  3. 3. Zotero saves a book’s bibliographic information.
  4. 4. OR after viewing a book record she can save it by clicking on the BOOK icon. Zotero saves the item.
  5. 5. By clicking the ZOTERO icon at the bottom of the browser she can see her Zotero files.
  6. 6. Here is the INFO for the book she saved.
  7. 7. Here are notes she has added to a PDF document/report she found online.
  8. 8. Marian used a CHAPTER by Luke Vilelle from this book. To save this information she can first save the book record.
  9. 9. She can change the record type from BOOK to BOOK SECTION.
  10. 10. She can add the information she needs to make the record complete.
