How our pensions could be improved?
With our own State we could use the €13bn (2004-07) in the following
1. Increase general pensions by 25%
€175 per month x 14 payments = €2,450 each year
2. Lower contributions from companies and workers by 14.7%
while maintaining current pension.
3. Create a reserve fund
to cover future pension shortfalls.
