Croquetas de beicon y queso Document Transcript

  • 1. Carne CROQUETAS DE BEICON Y QUESO Ingredientes: • 100 gr. Pan seco • 50 gr. de queso cheddar • 1 huevo • 250 gr. de beicon cocido • 100 gr. de champiñones • orégano y albahaca Preparación: Poner la mitad del pan y las especias en el vaso y apretar el turbo hasta que se ralle. Poner el resto de los ingredientes 10 segundos a turbo. Sacar la masa y reservar en un cuenco. Por otro lado, poner la otra mitad del pan a velocidad turbo y rallar usando la espátula. Coger la masa y hacer las croquetas, rebozarlas de huevo y pan y freírlas.
