Attendance Policy <ul><li>It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure attendance and punctuality at work. </li></ul><ul><li>Employee will have to send his/her attendance tracker on a monthly basis to their Account Manager/ Reporting Manager (exception to the same being Corporate and Lucent). </li></ul><ul><li>Late coming (For Corporate) </li></ul><ul><li>Habitual late coming is a serious breach of discipline for all Employees. </li></ul><ul><li>Late coming thrice or more a month will amount to loss of pay. </li></ul><ul><li>In case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the reporting manager </li></ul><ul><li>needs to be informed regarding the same. </li></ul>

Confirmation & Performance Appraisals <ul><li>Probation Period and Confirmation Appraisal </li></ul><ul><li>For all employees probation is for a period of six months from the Date Of Joining post which there will be auto confirmation unless there is a prior communication regarding probation extension to the employee. </li></ul><ul><li>An employee would be eligible for the appraisal once he completes one year with the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Two Performance Appraisal cycles in a year </li></ul><ul><li>April Cycle – employees joining between January – June are covered </li></ul><ul><li>October Cycle – employees joining between July – December are covered </li></ul>

Group Insurance Policy <ul><li>All the employees (except employees covered under ESI) are covered under Group Mediclaim Policy of 1 lakh and Personal Accident Policy of 2 Lakhs . </li></ul><ul><li>Name of the Insurer – Oriental Insurance Company Limited </li></ul><ul><li>An employee is covered under Group Insurance once he completes 21 days in the system. </li></ul><ul><li>An employee covered under Group Insurance will get a Medi-assist card from the company. </li></ul>

Separation & Exit Policy <ul><li>Notice period of 45 days is mandatory for all employees below assistant lead level who have completed six months with the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Notice period of 60 days is mandatory for all employees above assistant lead level who have completed six months with the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Notice period would be of 15 days for all employees who are in probation period. </li></ul><ul><li>Notice period cannot be adjusted with any leaves. </li></ul><ul><li>All the resignations should be sent to the respective Account Manager/s and HR at [email_address] / [email_address] </li></ul>
  18. 18. <ul><li>Smart Step Policy </li></ul><ul><li>MindRiver Internship Program - Opportunity for Fresher's who have the following qualification. </li></ul><ul><li>BE in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science </li></ul><ul><li>B.Sc in Computer Science </li></ul><ul><li>They will be provided on the job training in the field of “Systems Administration” – Windows, Network, Linux and Unix </li></ul><ul><li>Candidates need to commit to a minimum period of 15/18 months bond with the company. </li></ul><ul><li>Referrals “Get a Buddy” </li></ul><ul><li>Eligible employees will be entitled to referral bonus as per the “GET A BUDDY...” referral program . </li></ul><ul><li>Employee can earn Rs. 1000 for every referral s/he makes. This money would be credited to the employee post completion of 3 month of the New Colleague in the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>If the referral is for SmartStep the employee can earn Rs500. Policy on Salary Advance & Salary <ul><li>Salary Advance </li></ul><ul><li>Eligibility after completion of Probation. </li></ul><ul><li>Advance of 50% of th employee’s salary after completion of 15 days of work for the month. </li></ul><ul><li>Recovery of salary advance will be done in same month. </li></ul><ul><li>Salary </li></ul><ul><li>Salary will be credited on 5th of every Month in the employee’s official bank account. </li></ul><ul><li>If 5th is a holiday then the salary date would shift to the next bank working day of the month. </li></ul><ul><li>Salary is to be treated as confidential information and no communication regarding salary details to be done with colleagues and other staffs. </li></ul><ul><li>Salary slip of a month will be emailed to the employee on 12 th of the next month by the finance team. </li></ul>

Employee Recreation & Loyalty Incentive <ul><li>Lunch With CEO </li></ul><ul><li>All the New joiners are invited for the Lunch with CEO. </li></ul><ul><li>It happens on the last Friday of every month. </li></ul><ul><li>Greetings </li></ul><ul><li>HR sends Welcome mail to all new joiners on their first day in the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>HR sends birthday greetings to all employees on their birthday to their official/personal email ID. </li></ul><ul><li>HR sends congratulations mail to employees who have completed 3 / 5 / 7 years etc. with the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Service Completion Bonus </li></ul><ul><li>Employees who have completed 3 / 5 / 7 years of service are duly recognized and acknowledged by the organization for their loyalty and commitment towards the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>The bonus amount as decided by the Management is provided to the concerned employee every year in the month of October. </li></ul>
  21. 21. Work Culture <ul><li>Dress Code </li></ul><ul><li>Business Attire: Business Attire is applicable from Monday to Thursday. The following dress code applies to Business Attire. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Ladies are expected to be dressed in saree or salwar / churidar kameez, or western business formals. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Gentlemen are expected to dress in business formals, i.e., a full / half-sleeved shirt, formal trousers and formal leather shoes (brown, black or tan). </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Casual Attire: Casual Attire is applicable on Fridays.
