Event Operations (2-5 hrs/month) • Manage event registration, attendance, cash collection & reconciliation • Print and distribute program handouts and nametags Marketing (5-10 hrs/month) • Event promotion • Create marketing collateral to support initiatives • Promote & manage use of online networking tools Membership (2-5 hrs/month) • Manage both corporate & individual membership plans • Manage member registration & dues collection • Annual or bi-annual membership survey Sponsorships (5-10 hrs/month) • Manage sponsorship programs • Define & manage sponsor value proposition • Manage sponsor contracts & renewals, drive sponsorship revenue

Staffing (2-5 hrs/month) • Support staffing needs of organization • Recruit & replace volunteers to fill vacancies Online Content (5-10 hrs/month) • Solicit subject matter experts for contributing content • Manage, write & edit monthly content (including web, newsletter, articles, & event descriptions) • Record & create premium content during meetings and publish it online
