This might actually be one of the first things you hear once you intend to dabble with SCRUM. Yet what it exactly means might be elusive, as it can be hard to find practical information and examples of how to implement it in your organization.


In this talk I have shared how we implemented SCRUM in our organization and what we have experienced during this process. This way I wanted to show a practical example of how it may be done and what the benefits were to our team.
