Expansion of existing CPF projects
Link up existing projects, through ICT, to encourage further collaboration and sharing of resources. For example, linking up ICT Learning Centres
Support past CPF recipients to develop their projects to enable others to use their technologies and/or models. This may include support for past recipients acting as mentors or facilitators for other community organisations wanting to achieve similar outcomes
Replicate or expand into other regions (including national roll-outs) or other user groups; or
Apply existing resources for a new use. For example using existing video conferencing equipment for training

Mentor or facilitators
Must be part of another 2008/09 CPF project (ie: Computer Clubhouses) , and must feature as a cost in the project budget. This position is fully funded through the CPF fund
Replicate or expand into other regions
Includes the activities set out to achieve this outcome (ie. Pl anning, licensing and establishment of a Computer Clubhouse) . Projects must have partner(s) that will provide financial and/or “in-kind” contributions. Total contributions must match or exceed funding applied for under the CPF

30 th -31 st OCT: Councils/CBO’s muster go-no go on EOI
Initial draft notes/data scoped
3 rd – 7 EOI
Council/CBO and Computer Clubhouse meet 1 day preparation work in each community
Council completed final EOI
7 th – 9 Nov all EOI assessed by Computer Clubhouse/Checked
10 th Nov Council officer signs EOI and couriers to DIA
