    11. #1. If you are new to the Stratford Office, have you felt welcomed and accomodated? If an existing agent, how are you feeling about the recent changes in the office? (29 positives, 4 negatives) • Things I thought have gone relatively smoothly. Change is good sometimes • As a new agent I have felt welcomed and had had plenty of help when I needed it • The company needs to find a larger space. With the cubicles having three desks each it is impossible to carry on a conversation on the phone. • Welcomed and accomodated, yes. It doesn't feel like my office yet though, not sure it will. • I don't think we were ready to accomodate the higher number of agents. Hopefully it will get better. • Small space but feel very welcomed • Change is good even though a little uncomfortable. • The new agents are a good addition to the office. • Feeling good about the excitement and more activity going on. Not too keen on the new digs tho. • The additional folks in our office has helped revitalize the energy in the office. I think it will benefit all of us! • Change is a part life. We must adapt or we die.

    16. #6. Stratford agents are charged a monthly fee of $10.00 for courier services. I would like to see this service:

With regard to the office technology, I recommend the following improvements: (22 responses; 5 positive, 17 negative) • With the higher number of agents now in the office the number of workstation computers may need to be increased because of increased demand. • I think the color copy/printing capabilities need to be updated in a big way. All copier/printers need to be online with all of the computers in the work room. • Some type of feedback in numbers my lisyings are getting looked at on the ATC web site • More help with managing contacts efficiently! • I am pleased with every thing. • Would really like to know, with all the programs AT has available, which are the ones that the ones that have the most income producing possibilities and are most effective tools. I stay overwhelmed with the tools available, and many of us could use some direction. • No training has been offered, and we are terribly inefficient because agents are having to take extra steps to do simple tasks. • Make sure it works, don't overwhelm with passwords, should be adequate
