    • Participants will learn about the second phase of an on-going training program for VR counselors.
    • Participants will experience examples of the training program materials.
    • Participants will identify ways this program could be delivered to vocational rehabilitation counselors in their state.

    • The goal of this training was to develop deeper understanding of AT used in the job accommodation process.

    • Partnership between ATS & NJDOL-DVR
  • 6. The Program: Year 1 (2007-2008)
    • (2) ½ day training sessions for every DVR counselor in the state of NJ
    • Trained over 150 counselors throughout the state
