What is SharePoint?<br />SharePoint is a collaborative platform for sharing resources and working in teams.<br />Used extensively in industry and now a $1billion dollar technology for Microsoft.<br />SharePoint is increasingly used by schools and districts as a collaborative Learning Platform.<br />Particularly in high use in education in the UK and Australia and increasingly in North America.<br />In the UK the phrase Microsoft Learning Gateway is a very common way of describing the use of SharePoint in Education.<br />
