I am glad we were able to finish this project. I think you have a very good offering that should keep VZB
in the game. Just remember myself and my family in your thoughts during the holiday season. I still think
I will land on my feet somewhere. It was a pleasure working with you. By the way, my new suit can be

Here is the final quote, margin analysis and a new report showing the discounts applied by Cisco and Tandberg.
Hope this is everything that you need. See caveats on second to last page of quotes that I added.

For a CPE Finance Package Rate by VCI, add approximately 6.5% to the overall total (excluding Mexico – since
we are asking Chrysler to buy it) [USA quote only]; then, multiply by .0227 as your factor. You will then have a
number that Jim will be happy with.

I added a new report so that you could see the 57% off from Cisco and the 50% off from Tandberg (Not to be
shared with anyone else buy us VZB folk!)

We did not run any actual Premisys quote for Mexico – correct? Overall that is only a 6% markup – and
with burden & NDP floor requirements I think it is too low?!?

Costs to VZB:

 CPE – 3010 Equipment = $159,210.53
 Maintenance on the CTS 3010 unit– [CON-ECDO-CTS3010] ~ 3 years = $57,062.22 X 3 = $171,186
 Labor – To install in Mexico = $10,587.50
o        Duties & Taxes = $55,586.00
o        Project Coordination = 2 hour minimum = $100.00 ($50 X 2)

Total: $419,396.00

Price to Chrysler, LLC:

o        CPE – 3010 Equipment = $175,131.00
o        Maintenance on the CTS 3010 unit – [CON-ECDO-CTS3010] ~ 3 years = $62,000.00 X 3 =
$186,000.00
o        Labor – To install in Mexico = $13,000.00
o        Duties & Taxes = $66,753.00 (with markup included)
 Project Coordination = 2 hour minimum = $200.00 ($100 X 2)

Total: $441,087.00
