  1. 1. The Leadership Development Framework © Harthill 1998/2008 Sentence Completion Form An analysis of your responses in completing the 36 unfinished sentences in this form enables a profile to be drawn up which gives insight into the sense-making behind your actions, and so enables the central ‘action logics’ of your work and life to be identified. This analysis will be presented to you in your individual Leadership Development Profile (LDP). The LDP is a highly validated instrument. It has been used with thousands of people from diverse cultures and has been rigorously researched for internal and external validity by academics and practitioners. Directions for completion • To the best of your understanding complete each of the 36 sentences which follow – there are no right or wrong answers. • Complete all the sentences at one sitting if possible. • Please respond freely and honestly – this document will be treated confidentially. • After each response use the tab key to progress to the next field
