    • 15. My Heart In 2006 and 2007 my heart started to beat above the normal rate. My pulse would sometimes go as high as 230 beats per minute causing me to get VERY sick. I would have to go to the hospital where they would restart my heart. This happened 3 times and then I was put on medicine to control my heart beats. I kept taking the medicine until the doctors could operate on my

The Problem The electric conductor between the top chambers and the bottom chambers of my heart had an extra hole therefore the instructions between chambers was getting mixed messages to the point where it would get faster and faster and the only way to control this was to re-start the heart. This problem is known as SVT.
    • 17. Solution The doctors at Starship Hospital were great, they fixed my problem and I know am back to perfect condition. I stayed in the hospital for three days total and sometimes still go visit the doctor for check-ups.
