  8. 8. 360-Explained.The section under Human Resources Management asked theevaluator to assess how the “Student develops and implementsprogram and organization budgets based on priorities “.For my particular results, there was an outlier response from thetotal average of responses. I have been asked to give anexplanation for this result.Of all the individuals asked to participate and assist me with the360-evaluation component, many were acquaintenances of minethrough my church and faith-based non-profit, Greater EmmanuelTemple of Grace. While most participant-evaluators have worked with me enoughto analyze this criteria, these respondents have not and rankedthose fields low if not ‘n/a’ altogether.Additionally, colleague and superior-respondents that haveworked closely with me, may have not worked in a capacitywhere implementing programming budgets based on priorities orotherwise was required.
