6th century Cappuchin Monk.
 Cappuccino may get its name from the Monk’s clothing
with coffee representing the colour of the robe and
white foamy peak from their collar — or Monk’s bald
head.
 Others state the Monks actually invented the beverage,
and that it has nothing to do with their
garments at all.
