When you strip away the layers of learning, socialization, and what parents, family and friends think, what remains? This is your true self. Passions Think back to when you were a child. What could you spend hours doing and never get tired of? What do you love to do, see, hear, read or be now? Think about what you respect in others, and what turns you off. These values comprise your “moral compass” that help make difficult ethical decisions clearer. There are no right or wrong answers. The right answers are the ones you truly believe in.
