Transform from  fear to love  scarcity to abundance  resistance to flow  separation to unification 2. become One with the Unified Field of Consciousness 3. transform ourselves by supporting the transformation of others 4. permanently heal our collective Wound(s) of Separation. Where are we now? We can use the David Hawkins model and self-muscle testing or any other similar vibrational testing methods to determine where we are as individuals and collectively, as a Circle. Asking for consent Our core assumption is that our vibrations rise in direct proportion to our release and permanent healing of our Separation Wounds. To be ready to permanently heal our Separation Wounds, we need to check for two possible reversal conditions: 1. It is safe for me to release and allow the permanent healing of a specific Separation Wound; and 2. It is safe for me to release and allow the healing of ALL my Separation Wounds. The second one is where we are likely to encounter the most resistance, and maybe we are not ready. I am testing that as a group, we are ready. Self-testing Before we start, carry out the following self-testing: 1. My current Hawkins calibration (on log scale 1,000) 2. The percentage of Separation Wounding that I still need to permanently release (out of 100%)

The quality of energetic flow in my Second Chakra (out of 10, 10 is blocked, 0 is total flow - SUDS - Subjective Unit of Distress) a) The maximum length of in-breath (counting in your own time) b) Breathing down from Second Chakra to First Chakra c) Breathing up from your Second Chakra to your Crown Chakra d) Breathing from Second Chakra through First Chakra to Crown Chakra See separate tracker form. The Program The 90 minute session is divided into energy work and transparent communication.  Horizontal and Vertical Torus Breathing 10 minutes  Expanded Breathing and Visualization 20 minutes  Group to One Breathing and Visualization 20 minutes  Feedback - Transparent Communication 10 minutes  Whatever arises – Transparent Communication 30 minutes Each week we focus on a different Chakra, starting with the Second Chakra. We will then spend two weeks on the First Chakra (usually the most blocked) and in the final week we will connect all seven. Each week the session is led by a different facilitator. Each week a different person acts as the single individual in the Group to One Breathing and Visualization Each week we re-test ourselves and enter the results in the program tracking form. During the week we recommend that you spend at least 20 minutes per day doing the Expanded Breathing and Visualization exercises. In your weekly one-to-ones, the focus is to support each other in dealing with personal arising issues, using the process and protocol outlined below, where appropriate. In the Circle meetings, since we are focusing on releasing vestigial Separation Wounding, in this nine week program it is acceptable to raise personal wounding issues as facts. After this program, the intention is that it is no longer appropriate to bring personal issues into the Circle. These can only be dealt with in one-to-ones. Process and Protocol Self-testing If you are unsure how to do any of this, please can you ask any one of the other participants in the Circle for their advice.
  • 3. © 2011-2013 3 www.consciousevolutioncoaching.org Horizontal Torus Breathing Here the goal is to connect our breathing with our singularity at the centre of our Second Chakra. With our in-breath, we expand horizontally from that point initially to the edge of our own unified field (roughly arms length around our whole body) and with the out-breath we visualize the energy folding back behind us and then collapsing through the black hole back to the singularity at the centre. Vertical Torus Breathing Here the goal is to connect our breathing with the singularity at the centre of each of our seven main Chakras, starting with the Second Chakra. With our in-breath, we draw our breath from the singularity in our Second up the center of our body through our Crown and up to the edge of our own unified field (roughly arms length around our whole body) and with the out-breath we visualize the energy folding back like a fountain all around us down to below the feet, then up the insides of our legs, through the First Chakra and finally collapsing through the black hole back to the singularity at the centre. Expanded Breathing with Counting The objective is to counteract the years of contractions that have arisen as a result of inherited and life conditioning, mainly as a response to threats and violence. The contractions are associated both with unconscious limiting beliefs and latent Separation Wounds. The level of contraction is determined by the length of the in- and out-breaths. In this exercise we are focusing primarily on the in-breaths. However, we also try to breathe out for as long as possible. The aim of each session is to start by counting the number of “seconds” for a maximum extended in- breath, and then incrementally aim to double that within the 10 minute period of exercise. (This exercise can be done over longer periods. It may take longer than 10 minutes to double the number of “seconds”.) “Seconds” are the counts that you make at your own speed, usually a bit shorter than actual seconds. There are three target areas for expansion: the area between the - Second and First Chakras - Second and Crown Chakras - First and Crown Chakras, i.e. total breathing The breathing always starts and ends at the singularity in the Second Chakra. Example Say you are currently achieving maximum expansion of - Second and First Chakras 10 “seconds” - Second and Crown Chakras 15 “seconds” - First and Crown Chakras, i.e. total breathing 20 “seconds” Then the target for the session is - Second and First Chakras 20 “seconds” - Second and Crown Chakras 30 “seconds”
  • 4. © 2011-2013 4 www.consciousevolutioncoaching.org - First and Crown Chakras, i.e. total breathing 40 “seconds” To achieve this you take 6 incremental steps, with three cycles of breathing each, starting with the base. So, Cycle one - Second and First Chakras 10 “seconds” - Second and Crown Chakras 15 “seconds” - First and Crown Chakras, i.e. total breathing 20 “seconds” Cycle two - Second and First Chakras 12 “seconds” - Second and Crown Chakras 17 “seconds” - First and Crown Chakras, i.e. total breathing 24 “seconds” Cycle three - Second and First Chakras 14 “seconds” - Second and Crown Chakras 20 “seconds” - First and Crown Chakras, i.e. total breathing 28 “seconds” Etc. Focusing on the counting and breathing at the same time requires total concentration. The objective is to keep extending the contracted edges of your balloon. The potential is to expand your breathing by up to 10 times current capacity. You will be surprised. Expanded Breathing with Visualization Connecting our in-breath with the singularity at our center and then moving through to the singularity of which Chakra we are working on, we continue our Torus breathing but with visualizing an ever expanding unified field. We try to keep the in- and out-breaths as long as possible as we expand the area of the visualization. The facilitator provides a guided meditation of gradual expansion from our personal unified field to ever increasing fields until we have expanded our field to include the whole universe reaching towards infinity (and each time contracting back to the infinitely small point – the singularity at our center). Group to One Breathing and Visualization The purpose of this exercise is for each member of the Circle to experience the healing energy of the rest of the group; and for each of us to experience as a Circle what it feels like to direct our healing energy to a specific individual. It is primarily an exercise in feeling the energy and trying to read it, both in yourself and in the individual to whom the process is directed.
  • 5. © 2011-2013 5 www.consciousevolutioncoaching.org The individual receiving the healing visualizes the group as a single entity in the shape of a body. Breathing in from her singularity, she takes the energy down between her legs and up the spine to her Crown Chakra. Then with the out-breath, she then visualizes the energy coming down the front of the group entity to the group’s singularity. With her next in-breath, she visualizes the energy coming down and then up the spine of the group entity up to the group Crown Chakra. With the next out-breath, she visualizes the energy coming back down her front to her singularity. This is a figure of eight, an infinity symbol, and a double Torus. A refinement for the out-breath coming down the front is to visualize the energy coming down the stomach meridian, which runs either side of the central line of the front of the body. Each of the members of the group breathes and visualizes in the same way, but in this case the target is the individual. All you need to do is just to focus on the breathing, be with your feelings, and watch without judgment. General Consent This program may trigger hot reactions and shadow projections from latent Separation Wounds. Below is a protocol for how to deal with these. We all need to consent to the proposition that it is allowable to mention these events within the Circle as statements of fact, but not to expect to process them other than in the breathing and visualization exercises. Projecting your own “stuff” on another member of the Circle is taboo, no matter what the trigger. It is essential for this process that we each own our own wounding as our own and that we take responsibility for processing it ourselves, either on our own, or in our one-to-ones. If you have a grievance against any other member of the Circle, one useful way to deal with it is to write it all down in the form of an email, but then DO NOT send it. Writing it is enough to get it out. Sending it serves no purpose other than to try and trigger the other party. It’s not their problem. Protocol for Processing Activated Wounds Setup  I centre myself by breathing into my lower belly  I expand my energy field to include the whole universe  I accept, acknowledge and embrace the thoughts that are triggering my feelings  I am sorry  I forgive myself and others  I love myself and others unconditionally Process  I focus on feeling the feelings in my body  I test the intensity of the feelings out of 10 (SUDS)*  I let go of the thoughts, get deeply into my feelings. I don’t resist  With my in-breath, I connect from my centre, down between my legs, and up my spine to the location of the feelings  With my out-breath, I re-connect to my centre  I visualize a funnel from my feelings to the black hole and singularity at the centre of my lower belly
