How will having a greater knowledge of conflict management styles improve your interaction within your teams? Having a greater knowledge of conflict management styles will help improve theinteraction with my team by calming and taking control of the situation which would help take a positive approach to the conflict. I would keep the discussion non-confrontational, andmake sure the focus was on issues rather than anyone on the team. When this is done it makes it easier to listen to the facts and the issues and to come up with possible solutions
What have you learned about the importanceof cultivating gratitude from this assignment?I learned by having an attitude of gratitude it can change my life. Cultivating gratitude is about stopping the negativity and lookingtowards the positive. It teaches us to focus on what you have and worry less about what you don’t. Once I started this journal I learned more to appreciate the people around me andwhat they meant to me. As a result from this I can see my life having more happiness and having a peaceful and positive attitude.
