My role involves managing the groups complex infrastructure to a uniform group implementation. Current projects include Windows 7 rollout, Client & Server Consolidation and Server lifecycle. I am also writing a number of policy and process design documents to allow the group to manage their Infrastructure assets, as part of this documentation I am including a 5 year lifecycle plan. Working with a small team and delivering business change. I have staff management responsibilities as well as being on the IT departments management team, which is responsible for IT strategy and SLA monitoring. Once again within this role I was managing staff and consultants, as well as the everyday affairs of running a business. As well as this I coached students to pass a variety of IT courses including Network +, A+ and Microsoft Professional certificates such as MCPs, MCSEs and MCSAs. Company Name Place Date Easy I Media Ltd Norwich 2001-2002 Job Details Easy I are a transatlantic multimedia software company, I was working within the systems administration team, looking after several Windows 2000 servers, including IIS 4 and 5, Exchange 2000 and SQL 2000 servers, and 3 Linux firewalls, along with 20 local clients running NT4, Windows 95/98 and Windows 2000. During my time at Easy I I was one of the staff instrumental to the role out of their Windows 2000 Active Directory System. I was also a junior Linux administrator, helping in the administration of Apache web servers, Qmail email servers and MYSQL database servers.
