I will not rewrite your essay so that it is unrecognizable as your own work. My editing process will
strengthen your writer’s voice to ensure that there is vivid, compelling language without vague
statements, clichés and jargon.
After I finish editing your essay, the introduction will engage the reader and provide a powerful
opening statement to grab the reader’s attention. The body of the essay will have vivid supporting
details and flow with smooth transitions between paragraphs. The conclusion of your paper will
establish a sense of closure and balance to the essay.
I will reword any awkward sentences to correct verbosity, rambling, spelling mistakes, run-on
sentences, sentence fragments, correct word choice errors and passive voice. I will ensure that your
essay contains proper syntax and appropriate vocabulary. In short; I will restructure or eliminate

Meet the Editor
I have a Master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in English. I am a published poet,
former high school teacher, and college student mentor. Previously, I taught high school and middle
school grammar, comparative literature, composition, and creative writing courses. I then worked
for an educational institution that offers online and traditional classroom curricula. I have worked as
a corporate trainer and sales curriculum designer at private and Fortune 500 companies throughout
the last 10 years. I am now revisiting my inner passion—writing!

Fee Structure
I will bill fees to your PayPal account once I complete the project. Upon receiving your payment, I
will electronically return your project. Fees are based on the average word count between your
original submission and my revised project. The revised, final project will always be equal to or
within the required word count amount, slide deck size, etc.
