THE FACTS OF PPP

1. FACT- Sorry to say, but 99% of these people who claim to be able to do PPP with a European
bank, are not able to perform and it only takes about 5 to 7 working days to have a client in his
own bank signing the contract with the PPP banks program manager and the licensed trader,
once the client has sent back his compliance package
.
FACT- 99% of the people who say they can do a PPP with the banks in Europe, have never
spoken to a real trader and are only speaking to a supposable Platform, that says they are traders,
as the internet is full of these types of non performers.
FACT- High Yield private Placement programs do exist, but only with the top banks in Europe
and only through a licensed European Trader, not a U.S A Trader.
Were are they done from and who are the banks doing them?
1) FACT- They are not done using US regulatory laws or from US banks, so speaking to a US
regulatory officer, will not know how a European PPP is done and the laws that they abide by.
2) FACT- High Yield PPP's are done using top European banks, mainly in Zurich.
3) FACT-U.S Traders do not know or understand how High Yield European PPP trades are
done, as they are not European traders, though they might have dealing with European banks. It
is not the same thing as doing a PPP in Europe.
4) FACT- Only personal people or corporations can go into a PPP. Banks are not allowed to go
into a PPP, as that is why they are called Private.
5 FACT-Private placement programs with the banks in Zurich are ZERO RISK and are 100%
guaranteed as it is contracted with the program bank.

with in the European PPP trade and are not even have the billion dollar credit line it takes to be a
real platform, as they just call themselves a Platform.
