This presentation describes a fictitious use case where a interactive PDF form is being used in a homecare health service environment, where the health data collected using a PDF form and is then uploaded to a Google Health record. Implementing PDF forms for homecare health service providers can simplify, secure, and speed transactions between entities with varying levels of automation and technical knowledge.
