The Casa Lleó-Morera is a building designed by noted modernisme architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, located at Passeig de Gràcia 35 in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The building is located on the corner of Carrer del Consell de Cent, and is one of the three important buildings of the Illa de la Discòrdia. The building was originally constructed in 1864, and was renovated beginning in 1902.
Bruno Quadras House originally a residential building from the 18th century in a corner of La Rambla, was reformed by Josep Vilaseca in the late 19th century, in his typical eclectic, pre-modernista style. The building was known for the umbrellas shop owned by Bruno Quadras that stood on the ground floor. Apart from the curious collages made with umbrellas that cover and decorate the facade, there's also a sculpture of a Chinese dragon (with an umbrella suspended-on-the-air below) on the first floor's corner facing La Rambla -Japanese and Chinese art styles were pretty much in vogue in the 1890s-, an Egyptian gallery on the top floor and oriental elements of decoration in the interior
