- LA GESTACIÓN DURA 62 Ó 63 DÍAS. LA HEMBRA SUELE TENER ENTRE 2 O 3 CRIAS. LA MADRE SE OCUPA DE ELLOS DURANTE CUATRO SEMANAS, DESPUÉS LAS CRIAS SON CAPACES DE VALERSE POR SI SOLOS.
- LA MAYORIA DE LOS LINCES COMEN CONEJOS PERO TAMBIEN SUELEN COMER ANÁTIDAS PERDÍCES PEQUEÑOS MAMÍFEROS Y AVES.
- LOS LINCES TIENEN LA COSTUMBRE DE QUE CUANDO HACE MUCHO CALOR PASAN MUCHO TIEMPO DESCANSANDO AL CONTRARIO QUE CON LAS PRECIPITACIONES Y LOS PEQUEÑOS SE VUELVEN NOCTÁMBULOS DURANTE SU PRIMER AÑO DE VIDA.
- EL LINCE ESTÁ EN PELIGRO DE ESTINCIÓN PORQUE EL SER HUMANO SE A ADUEÑADO DE LA MAYORÍA DE SU TERRITORIO Y LOS DESCENSO DE LA POBLACION DE LOS CONEJOS POR LAS ENFERMEDADES COMO LA MIXOMATOSIS O LA NEUMONÍA HEMORRÁGICO-VIRÍDICA.
