How we do it? <ul><li>Developing a clear understanding and appreciation of the requirements of the position and of the company </li></ul><ul><li>Identifying competencies relevant to the performance of the job, based on its description, as well as on the company’s values, culture, and strategic position </li></ul><ul><li>Broadening our base of job candidates through varied sourcing methods </li></ul><ul><li>Submitting to the client-partner a shortlist of at least three qualified and highly competent candidates per position. </li></ul>

Identifying and Assessing Candidates <ul><li>Identifying candidates from present database or external sourcing </li></ul><ul><li>Conducting a thorough assessment and evaluation (testing, behavioral event interviewing, employment background checking) of the candidates short-listed by client </li></ul><ul><li>Seeking feedback from the client. Client-partner decides who among the candidates is to be hired. Otherwise, we shall submit more candidates until client is fully satisfied with the selection. </li></ul>

Timetable <ul><li>Tailoring services to suit specific client needs </li></ul><ul><li>Realistic time frame with feedback on the progress of search. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>15-30 days for supervisory, managerial and executive level </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>At least 3 days for entry level and professional/technical employees </li></ul></ul>
  21. 21. Non-Exclusivity <ul><li>We accept assignments on non-exclusive basis </li></ul><ul><li>The client has the liberty of terminating our services at any point during the search process. However, the client is obligated to pay the out-of-pocket expenses incurred to the date of cancellation. </li></ul>

Our Executive Search Rates <ul><li>18% of annual gross compensation for executive or managerial positions </li></ul><ul><li>15% for supervisory positions </li></ul><ul><li>13% for entry-level positions </li></ul><ul><li>Formula: </li></ul><ul><li>Basic Salary x Guaranteed Months = Salary rate </li></ul><ul><li>Billing = Salary rate x Executive Search rate </li></ul>
  23. 23. SAMPLE COMPUTATION DOH: November 11, 2009 Position: Marketing Manager Rate: 18% Basic Salary: Php 60,000 Guaranteed Months: 13 Sample: Php60,000 x 13 months = Php780,000 Php780,000 x 18% = Php140,000 Total amount to pay = Php140,00 + 12% VAT

Client Relationship <ul><li>Maintaining an open dialogue w/ the client even after a successful candidate has been placed to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization </li></ul><ul><li>Guarantee of 3 months - If hired candidate leaves through no fault of client, we will be glad to provide a replacement w/ similar qualifications & competence at no additional cost. (Maximum of two replacements) </li></ul>
